Product Description
Our BA-651 X-frame collapsible fabric laundry hamper combines the warmth of natural wood with the practicality of fabric storage. The innovative X-frame design uses wooden support legs that pivot open to create a sturdy base for the fabric laundry bag. When not in use, the entire unit folds completely flat for easy storage under a bed or behind a door. This space-saving design is perfect for small apartments, dorm rooms, and RVs.
Each X-frame hamper features a durable gray polyester fabric bag that attaches to the wooden frame with sleeves or hooks. The fabric is breathable to prevent odors and mildew in damp clothes. Cutout handles at the top of the fabric bag allow for easy carrying to the laundry room. The wooden X-frame legs provide excellent stability and support up to 15kg of laundry. The 60L capacity is suitable for 1-2 loads of laundry. Assembly takes seconds - simply pull the frame open and attach the fabric bag.
This X-frame laundry hamper is perfect for small living spaces where permanent storage solutions aren’t practical. The folding design makes it ideal for guest rooms, RVs, camping, and temporary setups. The natural wood frame adds a touch of warmth and sophistication compared to all-fabric hampers. Available in gray, beige, and black fabric with natural wood or painted wood frames. Custom logo and private label options available for retail brands.

How does the X-frame folding mechanism work?
The X-frame uses two wooden legs connected by a metal pivot at the center, forming an X shape. To open, pull the top of the legs apart - the X expands and the frame stands upright. To fold, push the legs together and the entire unit collapses flat. The fabric bag attaches to the frame with sleeves that slide over the top of each leg. No tools required.
How sturdy is it when open?
The X-frame design is inherently stable when open, as the legs splay outward to create a wide base. The frame can support up to 15kg of laundry without tipping or collapsing. The fabric bag distributes weight evenly across the frame. For added stability, place the hamper on a flat, level surface. Avoid placing on uneven flooring or carpet edges.
Is the fabric bag removable for washing?
Yes, the fabric bag can be detached from the wooden frame by sliding it off the leg sleeves. The bag is hand-washable with cool water and mild detergent. Air dry only - do not machine wash or tumble dry as this may shrink the fabric and affect the fit on the frame. The wooden frame can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
How compact is it when folded?
When fully folded, the hamper measures approximately 55cm x 40cm x 5cm thick. This slim profile allows it to be stored under a bed, behind a door, in a closet, or even in a car trunk. The lightweight design (under 1.2kg) makes it easy to transport. This makes it ideal for travel, camping, dorm rooms, and guest rooms where permanent storage isn't needed.
