Common Questions
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available for most products at $3-8 per piece plus shipping. For confirmed orders over $5,000, sample costs are credited back.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU, but many products support 100-300 pcs for trial orders. Mixed-SKU orders are welcome — you can combine different products to reach container volume.
Do you support custom branding?
Yes. We offer logo printing (screen print, laser engrave, UV print), custom Pantone colors, custom packaging design, retail-ready barcodes, and full ODM product development.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We also offer door-to-door DDP service for selected destinations. Goods are consolidated at our Yiwu warehouse before shipment.
Can I visit your office or factories?
Yes, visits are welcome by appointment. We can arrange factory visits, showroom tours, and guided market walks through Yiwu International Trade City.
